Snaan Delivery & Handling Guide
Thoughtfully Delivered – Just Like Everything We Do
Estimated Delivery Times
Each product page includes a carefully calculated delivery estimate. These timeframes are based on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) and begin the day after your order is confirmed.
We always aim for punctuality, but please note:
- All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delays can occasionally occur due to artisan production timelines, supplier delays, or weather-related issues.
- For Pre-Order or Backorder items, restock dates are provided when possible, though they remain subject to change.
Delivery Coverage & Surcharges
We’re proud to offer complimentary delivery to most areas across the UK mainland, including:
- England
- Wales
- Southern & Central Scotland (below the central belt)
However, due to logistical constraints, the following locations may incur an additional delivery fee:
- Scottish Highlands
- Northern Ireland
- Islands and remote postcodes
If a surcharge applies:
- It will be shown at checkout, where possible.
- In rare cases, we may need to confirm the exact cost after your order is placed — particularly with items requiring specialist handling or long-distance freight. If the surcharge cannot be met, the order may be cancelled.
Delivery Partners & Handling
Your delivery will be carried out by a trusted courier or a specialist delivery partner, depending on the nature of your order.
Please keep in mind:
- While we always strive to accommodate special instructions, we can’t guarantee them due to third-party handling.
- If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments, depending on their source or delivery method.
- If you won’t be available to receive your delivery, kindly provide 24 hours' notice so we can reschedule. Missed deliveries may result in an additional charge.
Receiving Your Snaan Delivery
All deliveries are one-person, kerbside services — designed to bring your item safely to the entrance of your property.
Please prepare accordingly:
- If your item is heavy or large, we strongly recommend arranging help to move it indoors.
- The delivery must be signed for by the named contact on your order. Once signed for, the responsibility for the goods transfers to you.
- We suggest a brief visual inspection upon receipt, followed by a thorough check shortly afterward.
What If Something’s Not Right?
In the rare case of damage, missing parts, or incorrect items:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution promptly and at no cost, provided the issue is reported within this window.
- For certain items (e.g. fragile materials like glass), we may ask that you safely dispose of the damaged product.
Delays in reporting may limit the support we can offer or result in additional charges.
Installation & Preparation Advice
To protect your time and investment:
- Please wait until your entire order has arrived and been fully checked before arranging any installations.
- Do not attempt to install items that are damaged or incomplete, and please keep all original packaging until everything is confirmed in good order.
